We usually ship your order within no more than 3 business days from when the order is placed. Delays occasionally happen when we are on tour, if an item is backordered or if we need to obtain autographs. If there is going to be a delay, we will keep in touch via email, so you will know the status of the order.
We usually ship via US Postal Service, and occasionally through Canada Post. If you need an item shipped by a different courier, please send a detailed request to CreberBrown@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Standard shipping is US First Class. Priority shipping is US Priority (2 to 3 days). If you need faster or special shipping, please send a detailed request to CreberBrown@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A tracking number will be sent once your item has been shipped.
We are not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address. If you feel you entered the shipping address in error, please email us immediately, so we can make corrections before the order is shipped. If the order is shipped with an incorrect/incomplete address that the customer provided and the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping costs to reship the order.
We cannot honor shipping instructions (i.e. leave package at backdoor). If you need to leave special shipping instructions, please send a detailed request to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
APO/FPO (MILITARY) ADDRESSES
Military base addresses are not accepted by our system. If you are shipping to a military address, please input a generic address (ie. 123 ABC St.) along with a nearby city and postal code, then immediately send an e-mail to CreberBrown@gmail.com with the correct shipping address. (Use the subject line: Military shipping address Order #____).
For shipping to most countries, once the item has left US territory, the Postal Service can no longer track the item.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; CreberBrown.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We have no control over these delays, nor can we predict how long they may be.
